Buying a Spa FAQ

If this is the first spa you’ve ever bought, it’s normal to have questions. In some cases, a lot. In fact, we get so many questions about the dos and don’ts of buying a spa that we decided to put together this comprehensive FAQ page of some of our most frequently asked ones. Refund Policy

We don’t offer a refund or replacement policy if you change your mind. But you can choose to refund or exchange if an item is faulty, unsafe, doesn’t do what we said it would or differs significantly from the product description.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the product and we’ll compensate you for any drop in value. If the defect isn’t major, we’ll repair it within a reasonable length of time. If for any reason we can’t repair within a reasonable length of time, we’ll replace it.

We aim to satisfy every time and to leave you with a product you’ll be happy with. Just remember to keep your receipt and reach out to us within thirty days to ensure your product is within warranty.

Terms and Conditions

If you’re looking for a rundown of our delivery terms and conditions, here’s a short list of the main points you need to know:

  • Aqua Pulse Spas work with a contracted freight company who are responsible for the delivery of your product. It’s your responsibility to
    ensure that the freight company has the access necessary for your product to be delivered to its final location.
  • Aqua Pulse Spas won’t be held responsible for a product that can’t be placed in this final location.
  • The freight company won’t place the product in a final location if they deem it unsafe to do so or if it will damage the product.
  • Aqua Pulse Spas won’t refund money for any delivery charges.
  • In order to make sure the delivery trolley can fit underneath the product, the size of the delivery product will have to be increased on one side by 33cm. You should allow a further eight centimetres on the opposite side to allow for the packaging of the product.
  • It’s your responsibility to ensure that your product has been insured prior to it leaving our premises.
  • Once your product has been delivered, you must collect within five working days in order to prevent the goods being stored or returned to sender.
