- Make sure the spa isn’t placed within ten feet of any overhead power lines.
- Have the spa placed on a solid foundation to support the weight of the water and the spa’s users.
- Pay attention to your spa’s electrical requirements. If repair work is required, make sure you hire a licensed electrician, and make sure you hire a qualified electrician to install them.
